In this lecture,he said I have to do my best and then keep my my faith in Allah right? But I'm not doing my best. I am not doing anything. I have become pessimistic and numb. My problem has branches. Childhood trauma, anger and grives, negative people and environment, helplessness, heartbreak, depression, fear and anxiety. I can't do anything that is good for me. Nothing interests me. I have no purpose, passion, career plan or even a hobby. I Don't understand why I'm even living. I can't identify one problem. Then how should I tell Allah?

It’s often said everything is a reflection of yourself, if you’re a beautiful person within you’ll see external things the same way. Also remember this dunya can remind one of paradise but be sure to differentiate between it and the akhirah Ameen ❤
